Employment Directions has been delivering Federal, State and Local Government funded youth support programs for over 30 years to some of the most disadvantaged and disengaged members of our communities.
We believe that all young people, no matter what their life circumstances are, have the right to be able to access education and training to be able to achieve their career goals.
Employment Directions offers holistic, individualised and flexible support options to assist young people to identify their career goals, access appropriate supports and achieve a successful transition into schooling, further education and ultimately employment.
