Work Experience

Work Experience activities can enhance your chances of finding work.  There are a range of activities available to you as part of work experience and these are designed to meet your individual needs and support your career path. 

Work Experience activites include such things as:

  • Paticipation in Labour Market or other appropriate programs such as: Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program, Australian Apprenticeship Access Program, Adult Migrant English Program and Youth Pathways Program.
  • Relocation to an area of high labour demand.
  • Drug and alchohol counselling or mental health support.
  • Work for the Dole/Green Corps
  • Defence Force Reserves
  • Volunteer Work
  • Part time work
  • Part time study
