Recruitment Management

This service is available to assist those employers with regular or seasonal vacancies or those who have a specific phase during the year that will require additional staff. It is also available for those employers who simply wish to allow Employment Directions to handle  job seekers cold canvassing enquiries for work.

Application Forms – Employment Directions can develop job application forms  aimed at testing applicants’ skills relevant to the position. This is a brilliant screening tool used to speed up the recruitment  process for employers.
Employer File – Employment Directions on behalf of an employer with regular or ongoing vacancies will maintain a classified file with information such as previous and current vacancies, application forms and resumes.    All information is confidential and available only to the relevant employer.
Work Trials – Any employer  interested in engaging an eligible jobseeker on a trail basis that will lead to employment can access a work experience placement for up to a week.  Funding is available to support the work trial.
Signage – On the request of the employer, signage can be supplied if assistance is required in directing job seekers to Employment Directions for job vacancy enquiries.
