Employment Directions will:  provide a range of quality services to the community to assist people to gain and maintain employment; respond to the needs of highly disadvantaged people in the local labour market; and operate in a financially sustainable manner.

Employment Directions seeks to aid the highly disadvantaged who do not receive the services they need in the community. We are morally obligated to utilise government funding and program funding wisely and prudently for their benefit.
